The grapes are harvested at optimum aromatic maturity by mechanic. Harvesting is realised during the night or early in the morning to preserve the freshness.
At reception grape are direct pressed: a light pressing with separation of juices. Alcoholic fermentation between 16 and 18°C in stainless steel. Maturation on lees during 2-6 months. Crossflow filtration.
Lovely light pink colours, with delicate aromas of summer fruits and citrus. Full flavoured and refreshing with a lingering finish
