Mainly chalky, containing a lot of stone with an abundance of silico-calcareous sandstone.
70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Carignan
Trellis system: "Gobelet" for the Grenache grapes & "Guyot" for the Syrah.
The grapes are harvested at their optimum of maturity to express the best fruit flavours each varietal. The vineyard is made in the respect of the environment without use of artificial chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.
After a total de-stalking, traditional vinification during 15 days with regular pumping-over. Maturation in concrete tank. No fining. Tangential filtration.
Red deep color
Complex and aromatic with black strawberry and raspberry fragrance. Full bodied and consistent with rounded tannins, soft and complex with a rich finish.
Perfect accompaniment to salads, plate of assorted cooked meats, roast dishes and cheese.
