Southern Rhône Valley, South of Drôme. Clayey limestone, more or less gravelly; lighter sandstone areas.
60% Syrah, 40% Grenache The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity by mechanic or handpicked. After a total de-stalking, traditional vinification during 15 days with regular pumping-over. Maturation in concrete tank. No fining.
Red rubis color Complex and aromatic with gloves and red berries fragrance. Full bodied and consistent with rounded tannins, complex and a rich finish.
Perfect accompaniment to salads, plate of assorted cooked meats, roast dishes and cheese.
